Celebrating a New Milestone for Our Little Footprints Family
We’re excited to share some wonderful news — four more Little Footprints Preschool centres have been appointed under the Partner Operator (POP) 3.0 scheme by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)
The newly appointed centres are:
- Little Footprints Preschool @ Bedok Reservoir
- Little Footprints Preschool @ Choa Chu Kang
- Little Footprints Preschool @ Potong Pasir
- Little Footprints Preschool @ Jurong West 721
With this, Little Footprints Preschool now has 47 centres under the POP scheme, with Balestier 2 as our only non-POP centre. This achievement strengthens our commitment to making quality early childhood education more affordable and accessible for families island-wide.
What Is the POP 3.0 Scheme?
The Partner Operator (POP) scheme is an ECDA initiative that supports preschools in offering affordable fees while maintaining high standards of learning and care.
Under the POP 3.0 term (2026–2030), preschools are selected based on their ability to provide consistent, high-quality education — ensuring that every family can access reliable early learning support without compromising on quality.

What This Means for Families
Starting 1 January 2026, families with Singapore Citizen children enrolled at these newly appointed Little Footprints centres will enjoy lower monthly school fees.
